Previously a former athlete in Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Soccer and Track & Field, with 14+ years of coached & conditioned athletic experience.

Michelle initially began as a Certified Yoga & Qi Gong Instructor, before becoming a Certified Gua Sha, Cupping & Hot Stone Practitioner with 5+ years of Traditional Eastern Wellness background.

Deep into the rabbit hole of dissecting the Mind-Body Connection, soon lead to 3+ years of study in programs & courses to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), a Certified Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST), as well as a Certified Level 1 Personal Training Specialist (PTS).

Michelle is passionate about Holistic Health & Wellness, driven by Pain Management through Stress Relief in combination with Assessing & Restoring the Functional Mobility of Fascia, Soft Tissue & Joints, in addition to designing Home Care Programs to Actively Improve the Quality of Life or Athletic Performance in an upward trajectory based on Client-Centered needs.

Her hobbies include Homesteading, Hunting, Powerlifting & Weightlifting.
