    1. Missed Appointment Policy

Your appointment is reserved specially for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment Please inform us of any possible absences prior to your appointment via telephone or email. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, the $100 booking deposit will be taken as a missed appointment fee.

    2. Treatment Plan Policy

Your treatment plan is vitally important in order for you to gain maximum health benefits through care. Our therapist will monitor your progress with occasional reassessments. At which point we will update your functional capacity and structural integrity. Our therapist will prepare a report for you to determine what is best for your health needs at that time.

    3. Client Participation Policy

Our therapist gives recommendations based on your personal consultation, assessment, treatment and so on. It is your responsibility to fully cooperate and integrate in the following home care exercise recommendations and avoid activities that may cause subsequent trauma to your health.

    4. Recovery Time After Initial Treatment Policy

Adjustments taken place will require some time to take effect. It is recommended to take time for your treatment integration and natural healing process to recover. Recovery time is dependent upon the type of injury, symptoms, etc. Our focus is to reduce restrictions and correct malalignment. Your body heals itself if interference stays at bay.

    5. Open Door Policy

If there are any personal difficulties you encounter down the road or have any health questions and/or concerns please inform us in confidence. Talk to us! Your trust and confidence is most appreciated.
